According to the announcement, KIA Sportage 2022 is distributed in the Philippines with three options of 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine priced from ₱1.290.000 and a 2.0L diesel engine priced from ₱1.545.000. The price of the 2022 versions has no difference compared to KIA Sportage 2021.

The most noticeable difference between Kia Sportage 2023 and 2022 is the exterior design, especially the front part of the car. For the 2023 Sportage, the iconic tiger-nose grille features a bold and technical design, while the boomerang-shaped daytime running lights add a unique touch. Additional new design elements for the Sportage 2023 include pointed taillights, sharp shoulder lines and angled fenders.
